It had a beautiful body mated to a fantastic lens and sensor for the period, and it was built with a swivel and a large rear LCD. And it was nearly $1000 at the time, but it was the first time I had a digital camera I felt I could use without insurmountable limitations. Sure, the resolution seems laughable now, but it was adequate for real work in an era when most affordable digital cameras were simply toys. And it looked great, felt great, and pocketed great.
